File Conversion
This was a File Conversion and Mobile Storage Combination Project. Our team converted approximately 91,000 files from Top-tab drawer based files to End-tab shelf based files by adding Color-coded labels affixed to File-back inserts. Space-consuming and inefficient old vertical file cabinets were replaced with a powered High-Density Mobile Storage system enabling true centralization of these critical records. Due to the Color-coding and End-tab Open-shelf filing system now in use, misfiles have been dramatically reduced and filing efficiencies are maximized.
